Dreambird, (dreambird.shop, “we,” “us,” or “our”) owns the copyright to all artwork and files on our website. Copyright for any files generated by editing designs obtained from dreambird remains with dreambird. By accessing the site, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

Upon download or purchase of an embroidery file, you are purchasing a license to use the file. The file remains property of dreambird. You may use the files for personal use: to make your own personal projects, use on items intended as a gift, or for use on products offered for sale at craft markets or personal or peer-to-peer e-commerce websites.

Any use you make of our embroidery files is at your own risk. Dreambird does not assume any liability to any party for any loss, damage, or disruption caused by the use of our designs.

PROHIBITED USE

Embroidery files may only be used as outlined above.

Photos, images, or tutorials on our site are for personal use or individual information only, and may not be used for any other purpose, including advertising, marketing, or selling any products. They may not be copied or resold anywhere.

Additionally, photos, images, tutorials, or embroidery files on our site may not be used for:

  • Uses other than machine embroidery, such as screen printing, cut files, or digital files

  • Selling, sharing, trading, or distributing

  • Mass production

  • As part of a logo or business branding

  • Use as a basis or template to create other artwork

  • Licensing products created with our embroidery designs

You may take your own photos of products created with our designs for use in selling those products via peer-to-peer e-commerce sites.

 

AI POLICY: no images, photos, text, files, or designs on this site may be used for creating or training artificial intelligence models. The site is intended for personal use only.
